Xiaoru “Cindy” Liu founded Borderless after years of helping five-star hotels in China source Western ingredients and building food import supply chains across Europe and Asia. Later, in Canada, she observed smaller brokerages struggling with paperwork, language barriers, and trust issues. She assembled a team with extensive experience in finance, operations, strategy, and marketing to develop software that addresses these issues at their root—operations, compliance, communication, and cash flow.
